Google figures are from Google's responsive search ad help page. TikTok figures are from TikTok's in-feed ad specs. Meta's help pages block automated checks, so the Meta figures come from guides that quote Meta and should be confirmed in Ads Manager.
Writing to the limits
Put the benefit in the first 27 characters of a Meta headline and the first line of primary text, because that is all most people see. On Google, give the algorithm 10 or more headlines that each work alone and in any order, and pin at most one. The full ad specs cheat sheet covers image and video sizes for every platform.
